REVIEW & PREPARATION OF YOUR CASE - £395-FIXED FEE

We identify the most effective arguments, draw up a plan for you to take into the appeal and provide a written review of the grounds of appeal. The review will consider all relevant grounds for appeal, including local authority’s/school’s admission guidelines and person circumstances.

REPRESENTATON AT THE HEARING - £950 +TRAVEL – FIXED FEED

In this combined package we draw an appeal plan and present your arguments at the hearing for you, challenging the school’s reasons for refusing to accept your child. This includes phone and email support prior to the appeal and a pre-hearing conference with you. We attend the appeal hearings across England.
